Houmous  
   
  Ingredients
  • 10oz (270g) cooked chickpeas
  • 3 ½ oz (100g) tahini
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • olive oil (approx 225ml)
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • cumin powder to taste

 
  Method
  1. Put the garlic, chickpeas and tahini in a food processor and blend into a smooth paste.
  2. Add olive oil, lemon juice to individual taste.
