The acclaimed historian and biographer, Hugo Vickers, will give two illustrated talks using rare archival film footage and previously unpublished photographs. Focusing on the life of young Princess Elizabeth and Prince Philip, he will tell the story of their childhood and marriage up to the visit to Athens in December 1950.
