Smyrna Meatballs
  (Soutzoukakia Smyrneika)
  • 1lb minced beef
  • 1-2 tsp cumin
  • salt & pepper

  1. Knead the ingredients in a bowl and then shape them into small sausage balls (approximately 1 tbsp per ball).
  2. Grill under a medium heat.
  3. Serve hot with rice or potatoes.
