- Place the minced meat, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, salt &
pepper in a bowl and knead well.
- Make small balls with the mixture. Approximately 1tbsp per ball.
- Fry the balls in frying pan with oil.
- In a saucepan, sauté the onions and garlic.
- Add the peeled tomato, tomato puree, bay leaf, salt and pepper and
simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the meatballs to the sauce and continue to simmer for 10 more
- To serve, place in a serving dish and garnish with parsley leaves.
