Tzatziki (Yoghurt and Cucumber Dip)  
   
  Ingredients
  • 1 tea cup of strained Greek yoghourt
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • salt

 
  Method
  1. Thinly slice the cucumber then cut into small squares ( ½ cm squared )
  2. Place the cucumber in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve with pitta bread.
