Garlic Mashrooms  
   
  Ingredients
  • ˝ lb mushrooms
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • olive oil
  • salt

 
  Method
  1. Sauté the garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add the mushrooms whole if small or cut into quarters and fry until cooked. Add the salt while cooking.
  3. Serve warm or cold.
