Green Olives - Marinated  
  • 1lb green olives
  • 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • oz coriander seeds
  • olive oil
  • 1-2 lemons

  1. Rinse the olives and make a slit in each olive with a knife, then place in a bowl.
  2. Crush the coriander seeds and add to olives.
  3. Add the sliced garlic and the lemon juice.
  4. Pour olive oil into the bowl to reach the half way line and mix well.
  5. Allow to marinate overnight before serving.
