Beetroot Salad  
  • 1 boiled beetroot
  • olive oil
  • vinegar
  • 1clove of garlic

  How to make it
  1. Cube the beetroot, 1cm thickness.
  2. Crush the garlic and add to the beetroot.
  3. Pour 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of vinegar and mix. Adjust to suit personal taste.
  4. Best served after a few hours or leave overnight.
