 Greek Music & Performing Arts Festival, 13-16 June 2009 Call for Submissions The Festival invites proposals for participation in its 2009 programme of events from individual artists and groups in the fields of traditional, classical and contemporary or experimental music, composition, song, theatre and performing arts, dance, movement, and visual arts. Applications with an interest in expressions of Greek blues and jazz are encouraged but submissions for other genres are also welcome. Deadline for receipt of applications: 28 February 2009. Deadline for receipt of applications to run a workshop: 20 January 2009.

Hellenic Centre Jumble Sale   Have an early Spring clean!  Empty those cupboards of things you no longer need and help us to raise funds for the Centre.  Items may be brought to the Centre ONLY between Monday 26 January and Thursday 29 January.  No items of clothing (including shoes) or items that cannot be displayed on a table.  All items not sold will be donated to charities.
